Delivery is quoted for your project
We review delivery options individually based on the destination, selected products, quantities, dimensions and required date. Please include your country, city and project requirements in your enquiry. A precise address may be requested where needed to obtain a delivery quotation.
Prices and availability
Product prices displayed on the website do not confirm shipping availability or a delivery charge. Our quotation identifies the delivery services included and any charges to be agreed separately. A displayed country selection does not guarantee that every product or service is available there.
Production and delivery dates
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a production slot or confirm a delivery date. Production, artwork approval, dispatch and delivery arrangements are agreed for each project. Please tell us about any event or installation deadline before accepting a quotation.
Collection and installation
Collection is available only when specifically confirmed for your project. The collection location, access arrangements and timing are agreed with you. Installation, unloading and on-site handling are included only when expressly stated in the agreed scope.
International deliveries
Cross-border shipments may involve customs procedures, import taxes and other destination-country charges. The quotation and project agreement specify the agreed responsibilities. Do not assume these charges or customs clearance are included in a website product price.
