Submitting a website enquiry does not place a binding order, conclude a sales contract or require payment. There is no purchase to cancel and no payment to refund at this stage. If you no longer wish to proceed with an enquiry, let us know at info@carton-friends.com.
Subsequent orders
If you decide to proceed, the quotation and project agreement will explain the applicable payment, amendment, cancellation and return arrangements before you enter into the agreement. Those arrangements depend on the product, the agreed work and applicable law.
Custom production
Custom specifications, printing and production work can affect the options available if you request a change or cancellation after work has started. Any relevant conditions must be explained and agreed for your project. This website does not impose a blanket exclusion of returns or refunds for every custom product.
Problems with products or services
If you believe a product or service does not meet the agreed requirements, contact info@carton-friends.com with your project reference, a description and any relevant photographs. We will review the matter against the agreed specification and applicable rights and discuss the appropriate next steps.
Refund arrangements
Where a refund is due, its amount, method and timing will be handled according to the applicable agreement and law. We do not process payments or refunds through this website.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page removes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where applicable. These general explanations do not replace your individual project agreement.
